Modern Campus Message (formerly known as Signal Vine) is Ohio State’s preferred enterprise solution for 1-to-1 and peer-to-peer conversational texting. This platform is designed to help university departments connect directly with prospective and current students, building personal relationships through authentic, two-way communication.

  • Personalized 1:1 Dialogues: Text directly with individuals from a dedicated dashboard without using personal cell phone numbers.
  • Interactive Engagement: Best utilized for advising appointments, admissions counseling, direct student support, and timely individual follow-ups.
  • Staff-Driven Queues: Allows multiple staff or advisors to monitor communication queues and coordinate responses seamlessly.
